Notable work: Mia hosted a week of workshops in an artist residency at Rosendal Teater in Trondheim Norway 2021. Mia hosted 4 workshops with 60 participants, making risograph printed personal and collaborative zines, which were displayed in a zine library and exhibition at the end of the week. 

 

Zine making workshops:

 

- Three hosted with Adidas 2019-2020

 

- A five week course with Riverside College working with young people unable to attend school due to mental health issues. The course focused on working on self esteem, power and positive reflections. 2020

 

- A two week course with We Are Spotlight working with young people in East London. The course focused on methods of self care and exploring and understanding feelings of anger, frustration and unjust. 2019

 

- Two hosted with Nandos 2018

 

- A three part workshop at The Science Museum exploring gender and menstruation. 2019

- A workshop at Tate Exchange exploring disability and identity. 2019

​

- A series of workshops with Elthorne pride working with local families. 2019-2020

 

- A workshop for the over 60's with Bow Arts. 2019
